Copy Cat Dilations

A dilation is a transformation that does not affect the shape of an object but does enlarge or reduce the size of an object.

This week we created "Copy Cats" of a a picture that was chosen and re-created the artwork on a sheet of graph paper to dilate the object.  Some students chose to enlarge their picture while others chose to reduce their picture.
